​​Therapeutic Massage

This completely customized session is tailored to the clients needs and requests. Elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point therapy, or Craniosacral therapy may be incorporated as needed to target issues as effectively as possible and meet client goals. Session may include full body massage or time may be spent focusing solely on targeted areas depending on client's request. 

Prenatal Massage

This completely customizable session includes all elements of a therapeutic bodywork session with special accommodations to ensure that the mother to be is comfortable on the table. Once the mother has reached the second trimester or is no longer comfortable lying face-down on the table, she will be placed in a side-lying position with multiple comfy pillows to support her.

Craniosacral Therapy

This modality is a very noninvasive, light touch therapy that focuses on releasing osseous and fascial restrictions within the skull and spinal cord. This gentle approach helps to facilitate the body's self healing processes and addresses deeply rooted issues that have whole body affects via the fascial system. Through the duration of this session, the client will be fully clothed and lying face up on the table. 

​​​​​​Cupping Therapy

This modality incorporates the use of different styles of cups to detox the tissue, release fascial restrictions, move the lymphatic system, increase blood circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite and wrinkles, ease tension and promote relaxation. The cups are a valuable asset to a therapy session due to their ability to lift and pull the tissue away from the body. The types of cups used depend on client goals and the areas that need to be targeted.
